All services provided by My Cargo US are governed by our Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policies, which are subject to change at any time. These Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policies apply to a standard routed export transaction when Members purchase products in the United States or any other country from merchants acting as a Principal Party of Interest of a country as defined by the Foreign Trade Regulations of the United States or any other country. Part VIII, below, provides additional terms when Members conduct a direct export transaction as a U.S. Principal Party of Interest.
