Important things to do before scheduling a package pickup are:
- Register in My Cargo US, through the link: https://mycargo.us/signup
- Fill out the Auto Dispatch application in your Locker Administration Panel.
- Check the shipping quote in your administrative panel and make the corresponding payment.
- Receive via email the shipping label, print it and attach it to the package to be shipped.
- Be careful to seal the packages properly.
- Packages must be kept ready for shipment. It should not happen that the carrier arrives to pick up the package and it is not yet ready for shipment.
- After filling out the Auto Dispatch and Parcel Pickup application, the carrier will come to pick up the packages you wish to ship on a specific delivery day.
- If you prefer, you can wait for the carrier to come and pick up the package directly at your door or you can drop it off at the postal courier office that has been chosen for your shipment.
- Packages must meet all packaging, labeling and portability standards.
- Pick-up days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.
